Parissis Partners are a team of senior operational turnaround professionals who work imbedded within a business and on location, shoulder-to-shoulder with management and ownership for extended periods of time, to help a business achieve their goals. Our work is time-sensitive, confidential and outcomes driven. To that end, as we begin we need to “accurately scope and assess” the nature of the work, internal resources available and the leadership team, in order to establish realistic timelines for targeted goals. Additionally, both parties have to be comfortable with how each side operates, and agree upon the priorities, outcomes and timelines.

Parissis Partners is not your typical consulting firm. We don’t come into your business, kick the tires, interview your team as to what they think should be done, update you on the latest off-the-shelf business fad and leave you with a PowerPoint Presentation. We understand that “the devil is in the detail” and that “the detail is dependant” on the implementation. Our work is about outcomes not theories. We are unique in many ways:

Unlike traditional consulting firms, we don’t create roadmaps and then run away from the implementation of our recommendations to the next client, while advertising the fact that we have worked with you. Our work is with private companies, public companies, charities, private equity and an array of investors. We run businesses that are growing fast and wish to operate “under the wire”, or distressed companies that don’t want to spook their suppliers nor signal their competitors. We have operated businesses in the midst of shareholder disputes so as to ensure that the “golden goose” does not die, and companies that operate under court supervision. We prepare companies for succession and others for divestiture. In our space, we do not control the state or business circumstances of our clients, nor when we are called in to help, but we are present with them when they are ready to shape their future.
